I’m from St.Louis, Missouri, United States of America.I came to Shivoham Yoga School expecting to come away with some skills, to be a yoga teacher, to be a yoga teacher.But the amount of skills and knowledge that I came away with, I feel like I could teach so much more than just yoga. I could teach mantra, I could teach pranayama, I could teach anything yoga related. I didn’t expect to have those skills when I came away. And I feel like I could do those things just as well as I could do yoga.And the knowledge that I received here was top of the line.The things that I learned in anatomy, alignment were so much more than I ever thought that I would learn. Philosophy opened me to my spiritual path, and the whole experience was a very healing experience. It helped me with my anxiety and depression. It made me a more complete person, and I was not expecting that. But it’s what I came away with. And I feel like I have the tools to go and teach yoga right now. And so I would recommend the yoga teacher trainingRishikesh at the 200 hours level at Shivoham to anyone in the world, because you will come away not only a transparent teacher, but a remarkably better person.
