Hello, I’m Carlos, I’m from Spain.I just finished my 200 hours yoga teacher training with Shivoham Yoga school in Goa, It’s a beautiful, very quiet beach. Perfect spot to learn yoga. We are staying here in a beautiful resort, and I’m very happy with the experience. It was amazing. I learned so much about yoga and myself. Both sides are philosophically and also the physical aspects of yoga. The teachers are amazing. They are very professional and prepared. They have been doing yoga since they are like teenagers and I learn so much in these three, almost four weeks. I’m really happy with the experience and I recommend everyone to come and do it.
